Notifications delayed

Hi. Just acquired a new S23 and noticed the emails and notifications are always receiving delayed and sometimes only when the device is unlocked. 

Somebody help me to fix this asap.

First of all go to aap info of gmail and set battery to unrestricted

At the end be sure that you have auto sync on from quick notification panel
