Notification is pausing music on bluetooth device

When my S24 Utra is connected to bluetooth device playing music, it stops abruptly every time when there is a notification.

Music pauses when the device receives notification. It really spoils my mood when this happens. I tried creating routine to reduce notification volume to minimum but it's doesn't work.

I have been looking for a solution to this problem from the day I purchased this device.

If anyone of you have a solution for this, Please please let me know.

The abrupt pause in music playback due to notifications can be frustrating.

*Possible Solutions*

Go to *Settings* > *Notifications*
*Enable "Do not disturb" Mode*

2. *Adjust Notification Settings for Specific Apps*

Go to *Settings* > *Notifications*.
1. Tap on *App notifications*.
2. Select the app causing interruptions.
3. Toggle off *Allow notifications* or adjust notification settings.

3. *Use a Third-Party Music App*

Some music apps, like Poweramp or PlayerPro, offer features to prevent notification interruptions.

4. *Check for Software Updates*

Ensure your device is running the latest software. Go to *Settings* > *Software update* > *Download and install*.

If none of these solutions work, consider reaching out to Samsung support or visiting a Samsung authorized service center for further assistance.

It does not pauses on my device. Only volume gets reduced to tell there is a notification. In such case routine does not work. Try do not disturb in routines when media is being played.

As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

● Reset app preferences: Settings > Apps > More option > Reset App Preferences.

● Kindly try to connect your device with "other devices" and check.

● Clear cache: Settings > Apps > Menu > Show system apps > Search and type "Bluetooth" > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data > OK.

● The clear cache memory of a particular application:
Settings > Apps > Now pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory > Storage > Clear Cache.

● Reset settings: Settings>General Management>Reset> Reset all settings to their default.

● Reset network settings: Reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other network settings to their default.

● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
