Notification colour in the notification panel

Galaxy S10 Lite

This was what the notification panel looked like back around the start of 2022. I was really fond of the color of the notifications but I'm not entirely sure if it was default or modified.

This is what it looks like presently. 

Is there any way to get it to what it looks like in the first photograph?

Oh I should also probably mention I'm currently on One UI 5.1

I think after the update of one ui 5 the notification color was change...I also notice this

It can be modified through good lock< Theme park.

Ig you changed your wallpaper... So the colour my might have changed.

Also, you can customise the colour, blur, icons/buttons colour from GoodLock -> Theme Park too
