Samsung why is my notes getting bugged like this, I understand it's an old file, but lots of text here and there got overlapped , and it's basically not readable

I have an exam and a lot of my samsung notes are overlapped like this, samsung is supposed to be reliable, not like this! 😕
Bro I am also facing the same it's so annoying and they are not replying the email also. I don't know what's the issue I have factory data restored my tab s7 but issue still persists. Never expected such thing from flagship device of samsung. Now I think I should have bought I pad instead of tab s7🤦♂️🤦♂️
