Not receving Gmail notifications

I have explored all settings and online troubleshoot however still not receiving notifications from gmail app except for priority inbox.

Turn on google sync in control centre

Keep "unrestricted"
In apps>gmail>battery>unrestricted

If it comes from Google why I am getting notifications on my iphone
