Not getting security updates

since last October, I've never received any security updates. Every time I check, it says your are up to date, yet all other devices got multiple updates since October. Any ideas on how to get the updates?

S20 Plus has received updates. Kindly check for Updates again.

Setting > Scroll down to software updates > Download and install updates.

I do that at a weekly basis, i. e. every week end. it just say you're up to date, and I know that's not true. As I explained above, the problem is that I'm not getting any updates, not I'm not checking if I have one
