Not able to make conference calls

Hello,

I am not able to make conference calls in my S20 ultra 5G after updating to Android 11 one UI 3.1.. Is anybody facing same issues?

Any solutions for this. Pls update guys

You need to do these things to get solution just follow these steps you will get solve your problem,
1- Open App setting on top right by tapping 3 dot click on reset app preference
2- Open again app setting and click on ONE UI HOME and Open Storage clear cach and data too and going one step back and again Open ONE UI and click on forse stop.

Now your Home UI will be reset and one by one use app and will work your app properly.

I tried this method. still not working. in calling screen add call + symbol is not shown in my phone

Which SIM card you are using? and have you activated Call Waiting?

i am using airtel and i tried the same sim card in another phone.. in that phone conference calls working

Whats the error or issue you are facing when you try to make conference call?

Like can you make two calls simultaneously and then they doesn't merge or something else?

no.. i can't make second call.. add call option not showing

Have you tried Clearing data of Phone/Dialer app ?
If not try it. And also try Resetting network settings once.
