Not able to get work profile on s20 plus

I'm using samsung s20 plus running one one ui 3.0 based on android 11. I searched everywhere but I'm not able to get work profile enabled. Work profile is working on my s10 plus but not available in s20 plus.

This only leads to the QR code scan for Android Enterprise.
Other phones can simply sign in to enroll with a work email address on Google Workspace. Something must be different with the S20 models
