Hi

I am not able to configure official email on Samsung email app.

earlier it was working fine but since 20th January 2018 email was not updating so I removed the account and tried to add again but it says authentication failed have tried uninstalling app and clearing cache.

please note that same email is working fine on outlook app on same phone.
