No major changes in oreo. same like as nougat.

Not Add new infinity wallpaper,
not add new fonts,
not add bixby indian English voice,
not add portrait mode in camera,
not add live message ,
not add New AOD etc.......

you can add live message manually in s8 and s8 plus ... i'm using s8 plus and it working flawlessly in my s8+ oreo and you can get portrait by using Google camera

Pankajg both Camera is working great... delete your old Gcam and download new gcam from link which i have provided in my comment... if you face any problem contact me ....
