My phone has been without service for 3 days. It's a Galaxy S21 5G. Even this website is acting buggy **bleep**? I paid almost a thousand dollars for this phone less than six months ago. If I buy a "flagship" phone and it **bleep** there is nothing more I can do on the cell phone front except opting out completely. I have an S10 that doesn't work either but the back is at least broken, this S21 has NEVER been hurt or dropped and it's in a 60 dollar case which protects it anyway. This is beyond frustrating. At this point cell phones just seem like a huge scam. I WILL NOT buy a cell phone that costs a small fortune so I can get 6 months of (erratic) service. This is absolutely ridiculous.

You may also try inserting a different sim card into your phone. If a different sim card works, it may mean that your sim card is faulty, and you may need to perform a sim swap with your network provider.

If a different sim card does not work also, your device may need to booked in for assessment. Please go to the below link to locate the closest Authorized Service Center to you.
