No One UI beta program for Middle East users ?

How come we middle East people are omitted from all latest security updates, the new One UI beta programs and other global offers. 

We paid the same exact amount for this mobiles as other global people did.?
Why are you racial about middle east people. ?
Why can't you understand we are also tech lovers as other global people.?

I am facing a big trouble. when I activate maximum power saving mode and once i switch back to medium power saving mode. all my app arrangement gets messed up. folders get disappeared. I am not satisfied with this. I have to arrange my needed app each time when i switch back from maximum power saving mode to normal mode.

please do needful to stop this type of mess up

I totally feel your frustration! As a fellow Samsung fan rocking a Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, and Galaxy Watch 7, it’s super disappointing that us Middle East users are left out of the One UI 8 Beta Program.

Like you said, we’re paying the same price as everyone else for these flagship devices, but we’re missing out on testing the latest software and those awesome new features Samsung’s known for. It’s not just the beta program—accessories are hard to come by here too, and Samsung Care hasn’t been much help when I’ve reached out.I’m with you 100%—Samsung needs to include the Middle East in the beta program!

We deserve to experience the cutting-edge One UI updates and help shape them with our feedback. Including us would make the software better for everyone and show that Samsung values its Middle East fans.
