Will there be One UI 7 beta program available for Middle East users ?

I dont this so.
Even though you change the csc to India, it will automatically change the regional settings to middle east.
That how the samsung pay and other regional applications works as normal.

I used to do that for my s22 and s23 earlier as it shares the same hardware.
