My galaxy S22 got green line after update,There is no any physical damage..Are they providing free replacement in UAE? its a UAE version phone bought from Noon.com

Samsung has pushed the ONE UI 8 update for Tab A9 to many countries for more than a month now.No info the update in UAE/Middle East region.
