Did anyone got the S25 pre order voucher on the members app ?

it was initially said it will be shown up on members app after 14 days, now they are saying it will show up within 30 days and will be valid till end of april.

Does anyone has the exact terms and conditions about the pre order vouchers?

I have the same when i ordered my s25 ultra, 500 voucher plus 200 voucher for late delivery (compensation). They said the same.

I saw it under benefits section in members app, but when I tried to download it , I got error saying no more coupons available ☹ , Not sure what is this, it was there for me around 1 day , I tried too many times to download but same error then it dissappear !

i got the voucher ans successfully claimed from Samsung store.

i got 500 voucher, and i bought a buds 3 pro from Samsung store for 529.. i have paid 29 dirhams extra.

you can also redeem it as amazon or noon voucher, i recommend to do that.

Better you should use your samsung reward points. So half of it will less to your total amount from the buds then use the voucher instead.

you cant use this voucher for Samsung online purchases, its only applicable for Samsung offline store purchases... thats why k recommend to get the noon or amazon voucher.

Because as per their policy, starting january 1 2025, we can use only half of the points on purchasing items in samsung store. Not like before you can redeem all and get the item without spending money.
