No One UI 5 UPDATE on S22U

Let aside the One UI 5 update I have not received October security update yet. Is it fair Samsung?

I got the October update but not android 13 update.. Really disturbing... Searched a lot , asked many persons, visited customer care, but didn't find any information about it... Really frustrating when everybody around you have the update except you...

This just irks me. You buy the flagship thinking you'd be able get the necessary updates and basic customer care. And, this is what we get instead. To be treated like second class customers! Heard that S21 started to get the stable One UI update now.
