Same issue in my mobile. While switch 5g to 4g or 4g to 5g these type of problem faced. Sone time data on but internet showing nothing.

Report this issue to the samsung. Send bug report. I did it recently and if may user will send feedback then samsung should be fix this.
Accept my comment as a solution if i suggest well
