Galaxy SThank you for bringing this to our attention.
Regarding the issue of “No service” or “Emergency calls only” on the Galaxy S24 Ultra, this behavior may occur due to network configuration, SIM or eSIM profile, or temporary network registration issues.
We recommend trying the following steps:
- Restart the device and check if the network signal is restored.
- Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks, and ensure that Network mode is set to automatic.
- If you are using eSIM, navigate to Settings > Connections > SIM manager, turn the eSIM off, restart the device, then turn it back on.
- Reset network settings by going to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. Please note that this will reset Wi-Fi, mobile network, and Bluetooth settings only.
- Ensure that the device software is updated to the latest version via Settings > Software update.
If the issue is specific to eSIM and continues after performing the above steps, the eSIM profile may need to be reissued or refreshed by the service provider.
In case the problem persists, we recommend visiting the nearest Samsung authorized service center for further inspection. You can locate the nearest service center using the link below:
