After installing the latest September security update, my Galaxy S20 FE 5G (SM-G781B) is facing network issues. The phone now shows “Emergency Calls Only” and I am unable to receive or make normal calls.

Try these
1) try with one sim(different one may be friend's or family's) at a time
2 if that works try both different SIMs
3 if above 2 steps work, get ur SIMs changed from gallery
4 try resetting network settings
5 try hard reset(take backup)
6 visit service center
