1) Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
Menu>Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Mode> Select Auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
2) Search for the Network Manually by the steps as mentioned:
Menu> Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Operators> Select Manual Search.
3) You may check by exchanging the SIM in SIM slots.

Today I went outside. when I reached at about 7 kms from town, it shown emergency call only on both sims (idea & bsnl) but there was full signal on my Mi phone (idea). then I exchanged the sims but it concluded that Samsung S8 is not capable to receive 2G band. Do you have any other solution ?

My j7 prime has signsl problem.. Mainly I use jio 4G. Receving poor signal at room. In the same room my friend has full signal of jio. But I'm facing problem of call drop or network lost.
