I am facing network issue after the latest update in S21 llus, anyone else facing this same issue.

Reset Network Settings and Use Either Wi_fi or Mobile Network

What latest update? I haven't recieved any update in a while. And no I am not facing any such issue with my device. Try resetting you mobile network settings.
