Following the January update on my Samsung S22 Ultra, which uses an eSIM, I've encountered network connectivity problems. My service provider suggested switching to a physical SIM card, and after completing their troubleshooting steps, they concluded it's a device issue. Could you advise on how to proceed? The lack of network access, even in areas with strong signal, is quite frustrating. Thank you.

Me too having such problem with my s22 ultra. Sometime my phone can't receive any call from my near and dear. They are saying what have done with your phone ? .. after a restart I got so many miss call alert msgs.

Hey man,
You got the security update.

Did you clear your cache partition?
Did you use Samsung App Booster and optimize all apps?

If not, try that first.

You said you went to the service center, and they said it's a device issue; maybe they're right.

But don't trust them yet—you should try those two things first, then you can decide.

Hey, thanks for your suggestions, but can you explain where to find this menu and how to do it so people like me can understand the exact methods?

Then its hard to fix. Atleast you have to wait for another update.

Since it is a major update, it is always recommended to clear system cache and run app booster.

️Steps to Wipe Cache

1. Connect your device to a computer using a USB cable.

2. Press and hold the power button until you see the power menu. Select the Power off option to turn off your phone.

3. Wait for your phone to turn off completely.

4. Press and hold the power button and volume up button simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears. Your phone will then boot in Recovery Mode.

5. Use the volume down key to highlight the Wipe cache partition option. Then, press the power button to select it.

⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT SELECT Wipe data/factory reset. It'll delete all your data. ⚠️

6. Once the cache is cleared, you’ll be taken to the recovery menu. After that, highlight the Reboot system now option and press the power key to confirm.

7. Your device will restart and you're good to go.

Please refer attached image.

️Steps to run app booster

Download and install Good Guardian and App Booster app from apk mirror site

Click Optimize now and it'll take sometime to complete.

After everything is completed, just do a final device restart and charge your device to 100% and start using the same.

Also be sure to update the latest Device Care app from here, to know SOT since last charge.
