Network is not working s10 lite

I have updated last may month patch in S10 lite. After that update my network is not showing. I have reset network and even I have done factorial reset but still issue not getting solved. If I try manual network setup it is also not working. 

Please help me

I have given my phone Samsung store and told to change motherboard. That Network IC failed
