Need help with the Samsung Galaxy S10+

Hi Guys,

I have purchased S10+( black varient) from Amazon India. But I have a concern regarding the charger brick and the cable provided with S10+. 

The charger brick and the cable are matte textured.

Is the charger brick and cable are matte texture?

Can any one please update?

Hello, glad this was asked. I product was delivered without the plastic cover on the box, with only seal on one side.
The mobile came with Android 10 with one ui 2.0 and security patch of Feb 01.
When I updated, received one ui 2.5 and security patch dated oct 1st leaving the same Android version of 10.

yes thank you i really need to know this just search s10 and s10 plus unboxing on youtube in every box there will be plastic cover but why we have not get first prodcut i orderd the plastic cover was not there and in that prodcut i got android 10 so i replaced the prodcut and the replaced prodcut which i have got in that i have got android 9

That's interesting. I have also replaced the first product, since the outer box was damaged(Also there is no plastic cover to the outer box). The second product which was replaced also received without any plastic cover.

but its original so we dont have to worry.

your welcome this community is for this only.. i think samsung hase closed his prodcution of s10 and s10+ in 2020 so thats why they are no giving plastic protection
