Navigation Bar

This UI 6.1 is ok but the things that were taken away for some of us is just boring. I mean the navigation bar setting doesnt have "button gesture control" and secondly the gesture control that is there you can even hide the gesture hints. I mean, I bought a Samsung but now feels like freedomless iPhone, my options are being reduces bit by bit.

Uhm you gonna have to download NavStar to bring that setting back from now on

Sooo much admin for something which was a standard feature. I mean at this rate we'll end up buying phones with an operating system that doesnt do much amd have to install multiple 3rd party apps to do the basics. Samsung is really loosing the plot...trying to mimic iPhone while iPhone is introducing technologies that Samsung had and abondened.

I've seen in another post but not on here , the reason why it was removed is cause of the new 'circle to search"

But try downloading NavStar ,

That I understand, but dont you think that it should be an optional thing to use circle to search whereby if you selet the button gestures then automatically it doeant work...like Always on Display. As soon as you select power saver then you can't use it? Just a thought.

I checked on Play Store and Samsung Store, we dont have NavStar or even Good Lock...I'm doomed

They removed it in favour of "Circle to Search" 😆🤦

Oh well, I guess i'll trade my S24 for an iPhone since well the Samaung OS is starting to be the same as iOS....

Id say Google is slowly becoming Apple in a way. For some reasons
