My s24 ultra is indicating that I'm in a phone call even when I'm not.
This has happened many times unfortunately, and it resaults in my alarm noot playing from the loud speakers but instead from the call speakers which is no way I can hear it when I'm asleep.
This is basically a new fear unlocked for me, being afraid of not hesring my alarms and not waking up for my work.

😱

@samsung please do something about this!

Hi please see if any app is doing this for you & uninstall it, scan phone for any virus

Check for weird app activities, restart your phone, and if you want to be 100% safe with waking up for work pick up a cheap alarm clock

Fair enough, although I don't think it's a known issue since I have seen people talk about it/ experienced it myself

Most probably an app or schedule putting your phone to do not disturb mode (including alarm). From settings, search for Special Access and check which apps are enabled to use do not disturb mode.

It's not. It happens from random things, like after a call or after sending voice messages, I whatsapp or Facebook!

Reset all the settings from the settings >General/ General management> Reset > Reset all settings. Additionally, try to reset the network settings from the device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings. CAUTION: This menu deletes all the network information such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.

I have the same issue. You guys need to fix this with a software update. Has nothing to do with viruses. You can re-create the problem by receiving a call from someone on Messenger and then they quickly hang up before you answer it or after a phone call. Except the phone never indicates you're still in a phone call.

My music was low with my Bluetooth headphones and I thought it was my headphones so I checked the app for it and it then said I was in a phone call and couldn't change the settings. Only way I fix this is by restarting my phone. I shouldn't have to restart my phone after every call or missed call I make.

This should be looked into ASAP.
