Yesterday I upgraded my phone  from s23 fe 5g to s24 for 45k.
But now I m facing a problem I m not able set notification sound nor able to hear system software and the second speaker is not working.
Really,this what my luck have to offer like this to me.
Very frustrating.

In that case you will get replacement for your phone, just visit service center with Bill & ask them for Exchange with a new phone. It only valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.

Did you get the replacement or they just repaired it & updated the S/W.

Repaired it and fixed and replaced the defective speaker with a new one as the pkone was in warranty i dont have to pay any further amount.😊😊

Actually it must be replaced with a new one if your phone invoice date is within 14 days.

Yeah,but the phone was active 3 months ago with a wifi so they didnt replaced the the defective piece with a new one
