Can anyone assist my new S24 Ultra keeps restarting randomly.

Hi I think you have the auto restart option enabled, in ur settings in order to check this go to settings then device care you'll see an option called auto optimization click on that scroll down then you should see the option called auto restart you can disable it if you need to but I recommend not to as it keeps ur device in good shape

I think it does so because I wanted to optimise your phone to give you the best experience
