Hi. My S20 ultra keeps on restarting itself, I checked the auto restart on the phone and is off. When I login to Samsung member it also tells me that my phone incorrectly restarted.. What could be wrong and what must I do. I bout the phone on contract with MTN SA
Please perform a factory reset on the deice, however you will have to backup your data prior as you will lose all of it.
To backup your data:
On your phone, please do the following:
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps. 2. Select Settings. 3. Select Cloud and Accounts 4. Tap on Backup and Restore 5. Select Restore data
