I have s25 ultra and an s24 ultra uae variant running ui7,when i tested both animation i felt s24 ultra was smoother and faster in the animation speed so this may cause a problem in the sales of s25 ultra as most of us Indians are calculative while purchasing a phone we go for the older year high end device if getting for a lesser price.
Probably the new firmware can make the speed of the animation to be reduced so that the older device won't look faster than their current flagship.
There is one more news going on that before getting ui7 we may get security patch update so probably we may get April security update and next month ui7
