My brightness goes up on its own when I'm watching random Instagram reels.

When I'm watching Instagram Reels, random videos automatically get brighter. When battery saver mode is on, those same videos act normal.

It happens with me also when I watch random youtube shorts sometimes the brightness go up i think it is because youtuber have set the brightness thats why

Turned off only. I tried both on and off

Found a temporary solution: when battery saver mode is turned on, the bright reel video becomes normal. Is this a instagram HDR issue or device issue? Any one faced this issue?
