Galaxy SGo to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install to check for updates manually.
Check Region Settings:
Ensure your device region settings are correct, as updates might roll out regionally.
Clear Cache of Software Update Service:
Go to Settings > Apps > Software update > Storage > Clear Cache, then restart the phone and check for updates again.
If the problem persists, contacting Samsung support may help resolve the issue.

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your concern, we want to inform Software updates for October Month already released from company side for your device model, if you did not get the update notification yet, kindly check the update manually by following the below given steps.
● Kindly follow the below steps to update your device software( if available).
Path: Settings > About phone > software update.
However, you that you can update the software by using Smart Switch. You can open Smart Switch on your Windows PC or Mac, you will see an option to update to a new software version if one is available. kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
Step 1. Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable provided with your device.
Step 2. Open Smart Switch on your PC.
Step 3. If a software update is available, Smart Switch will automatically prompt you to update the software or display an option to update.
Step 4. Tap Update and follow the on-screen instructions to download the necessary files and complete the update process.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file and also for Sketch to Image. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open the Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select Error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
