Galaxy STry these solutions:
1. Clear cache & data of Samsung Keyboard:
Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Keyboard > Storage > Clear cache (if problem continues, also Clear data).
2. Check system Spell Checker settings:
Settings > General management > Keyboard list and default > Default keyboard.
Then go to System > Languages and input > Spell checker → try disabling “Spell checker” temporarily, restart keyboard, then re-enable.
3. Update your apps:
Open Galaxy Store → update Samsung Keyboard.
Open Play Store → update Gboard (if you use it).
4. Switch once between keyboards: Sometimes switching to Gboard, typing, then back to Samsung Keyboard resets the spell checker service.
5. Safe mode test: Restart your phone in Safe Mode to see if any third-party app is interfering with spell checker.
If the red underline still won’t go away, it’s likely a known software bug from the latest update. In that case:
Keep your phone updated (Samsung usually fixes such glitches in the next patch).
You can also report it directly from Samsung Members → Get Help > Error reports (attach screenshot and logs).
