Flash just means Installation.
I have told the steps above. simply follow it if you are using S7 or S7 edge with Nougat.

nothing flash in it...go to google search s8 on s7
many sites will appear they will give u 2 files download those 2 files intall any ...then if u want search for bixby intall it also or let it be..restart ur phone after installing everything..then all done..

you will find 3 dots at the top right corner. tap on it to find the option of 'show system apps' tap on it.
scroll down to find 'Touchwiz Home'
Tap on it
You will find 3 dots at the top right corner again. Press on the option of 'Uninstall Updates'
