Multiple User on S23 Ultra

Guys please kindly advice if the new S23 Ultra have the multiple user account options, I need to set up a second profile and a guest mode profile.

I would like Samsung to provide a reason why it is not important enough to support their clients with this useful feature. Especially the fact that my S23 Ultra have Dual SIM
