Motion effect on Wallpapers

Bhai, cutout series me gayab hua to samajh sakte hai,kyunki motion effect on rehne pe cutout me fit nahi baithta tha cut out wallpapers..baaki models me kyun gayab kiya ye feature, don't know..

sir..it's default now...if you apply any infinity wallpaper then can realize....it's default now after android 10
