Worst costumer service. I went to jalandhar service centre. I told them my samsung s8 plus problem. Moisture has been detected. did not charge more then week..only working wireless charger. They did not check my phone once. Next thing they said. Sir u have to change usb port. charges 3800 rupees only. I came home and reset my phone and spray alcohol on usb port and leave my phone for perfectly dry. After 2-3 hours..my phone was working fine. Worst samsung costumer service experience they are greedy for money
service center in india are good... but the technician and customer care are worst...! samsung should monitor their service center. because we deserve more better service.

am facing this same issue from last 3 days nd phone was not even in contact with water nd still showing mositure detected.Dont know what to do.Really fed from Samsung,everytime they disappoint.First dey show us dream of such a high tech gadjet but after dat problms nd problms....
