Mobile not detected by computer

After the recent UI6 update,my phone is not detected by computer. Sometimes even by the charger.

Tried different PCs ,chargers and cables. Can anyone help.

Update: Visited the Samsung service centre also,no use.

Does it show you an error saying DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED? It used to happen with me. I tried everything but my mobile was not getting connected to pc. While other devices were doing fine. So finally I rest all settings, NOTE, REST SETTINGS ONLY. And BOOM. IT WORKED
