Sir can u update the hotspot software that i have able who mobile are with a connected to my hotspot device that i disable and disconnect with our owned  self to disconnect the device . Know

It may be that the mobile hotspot button is disabled on his device. If so, plesae make sure that data connection is on in the device and check again. If still the same, please visit the nearest servcie center.
