Missing Lock screen features

I saw a couple of one ui 8.5 videos and all of them have features like suggest, galary, frame and effect. But these are missing from my lock screen.

Software is updated to One UI 8.5. Also, can't find these settings in lockstar.

Are these settings device specific?

If you use a wallpaper from galaxy themes, all the bottom line features (including weather effect introduced in one ui 8.5) are inaccessible.

You need to set a wallpaper from gallery to use these features.
