I am facing this bug after the recent updated to One UI 3.1

Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Leave your phone locked.
2. Call from another number and disconnect after two or three rings. While the S10+ is ringing don't unlock the phone or receive the call. Simulating as if the phone was in your pocket while you had missed a call.
3. Now check the lockscreen. The missed call notification is not appearing in the lock screen. I can see the notification after unlocking in notification tray.

If you miss a call while your phone is in an unlocked state, then this bug will not happen. You will be able to see the missed call notification in lockscreen.

anyone else facing this issue?

Have received the following reply from the team so far:
Don't worry. Samsung has recently released a notice- Samsung is aware of this phenomenon which may appear on Galaxy devices with Android 11(R OS) and this issue will be resolved with upcoming Phone/Contacts app updates, 12.1.06.0 or later version.
Before improved app version is available in the market, you can access Samsung Phone/Contacts app without problem after merging the duplicated contacts information thru 3rd party app.

Yeah, where you will receive an answer to clear the cache partition or reset the phone to factory settings which won't solve the issue, despite this you will close this topic in the coming days.

I also have this issue on an S20+ (EU), please fix.
