I mistakenly place sim ejector tool in the mic hole.

Is inserting sim ejector tool in the mic hole damages mic of the phone?

Try call to other, ask them if they are able to listen your voice in phone call. If they are able to hear your then no problem with mic. Else there is a a problem.

Others are able to hear voice, but sometimes there is too much background noise.
Is it because of inserting ejector or what?

I did that to with my new s23 will there be any problems with that
