Galaxy SDear Support Team,
I am writing this letter to formally report multiple serious issues I am facing while using Meta applications (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp) on my Samsung Galaxy S24. I am extremely frustrated, as these problems are persistent and are seriously affecting my daily usage.
First, I would like to clarify that my device storage is absolutely fine, the software is fully updated, and I am using a stable and strong 100 Mbps internet connection. Despite all this, the issues continue without any improvement.
Instagram Issues:
- Instagram stories often do not open at all.
- After closing Instagram posts or reels, background music continues to play even though the app is closed.
- When the screen is locked, Instagram keeps showing continuous glitches and abnormal behavior.
- The app frequently freezes or behaves unpredictably.
Facebook Issues:
- Facebook shows similar glitches and lag issues.
- The app becomes unresponsive at times even with proper network connectivity.
WhatsApp Major Lag & App Lock Issue: The most frustrating problem is with WhatsApp. When I try to send images or files directly from the Gallery or File Manager, the app does not function properly due to severe lag combined with app lock behavior.
For example:
- I select an image and tap “Share”
- I choose WhatsApp
- After face unlock, fingerprint, or app lock verification, WhatsApp suddenly closes and returns me to the home screen
- When I open WhatsApp again from the app drawer, it directly opens the previous sharing screen instead of the normal interface
This behavior happens repeatedly and makes basic file sharing extremely inconvenient and time-consuming.
I would like to emphasize that these issues are not caused by storage limitations, internet problems, or outdated software. This appears to be a serious compatibility, optimization, or system-level issue between the Samsung Galaxy S24 and Meta applications.
At this point, I am completely frustrated and disappointed, especially considering this is a flagship device. I request your team to investigate this matter seriously and provide a permanent solution as soon as possible.
I would appreciate a prompt response and clear guidance on how this issue will be resolved.
