My members app always takes ages to open any particular reason please help guys ?

Try reinstalling the app to delete all cached memory.

Tell them on members app send report i also used to face this but after sending logs issue resolved ages ago

If it's a 1-3 sec of delay, usually it checks for new banners and updates in the app.
