Manufacturing Defect ?

The paint near S pen slot has started coming off. I first noticed it in may but its chipping off further. There has been no physical damage and i use Ringke Onyx case. Its very secured. 

S23 ultra.

Thats common with these painted frames,many people are facing this thing.Also paint quality used isn't good in it.

So if many are facing this then it's definitely manufacturing defect to be covered in warranty.

Nope,cosmetic damage don't cover in warranty.
And manufacturing defect will apply if the device was already sold you in this state,if it was fully painted before then it doesn't.
