Major video stabilization issue

Recently my s21 ultra started shooting videos that are annoyingly shaky, i turned of the video stabilization and it worked but i still want my videos to be smooth, i think there is a bug or something with the optical image stabilization.

Did this get resolved? Because I also encounter the same issue with my S21. All my video were shaky compare to before..
