Major Issue on OneUI 7 S23, UI is not optimized for the latest version

While randomly watching Youtube on my device and returning back. My S23 got stuck with error

UI is not optimized for the latest version of android.....

Even not able to unlock with fingerprint.

Not able to enter password to the lock textbox not keyboard opens on trying to enter the password.

Unable to Restart phone too.

Please look into this asap.

My S23 works properly after the update, and the network issue is also resolved.

I feel waiting for One UI 8 will be the best solution. Given the delay and issues in S25,S24 now S23, Samsung will delay further and give a proper One UI 8 may be.
