The best thing people liked about Samsung is it's UI experience. 
  • One UI 8 was going great and was smooth than 8.5.
  • One UI 8.5 call screen almost look like any Chinese manufactured smartphone which Samsung never needed. 
  • Same thing done with the quick panel.
Samsung needs to correct these things in One UI 9.
