Looks like S23 Ultra ONE UI is in beta

I'm using S23 ultra for now almost 1 month, and I'm seeing so many issues in ONE UI 5.1 which feels like they are releasing beta version.

For ex. 

• After restart, both wallpaper (home, lock) are getting reset to default.
• When charging the phone, sometimes battery percentage just stuck at one number for 10-15 mins. (I'm using official samsung adapter)

I'm getting around 9 to 9.5 hours on average. I'm heavy gamer so its also affect battery draining.
