Looking for help

I am an Galaxy S8 plus user....
Which OS version was nougat 7.0..
Before 3 months ago my vibration stopped working....I tried alot ways but I was failed...
Last night someone asked me to update the phone for getting back the vibration after that I update it to android OS 9.0 (pie)
But that also didn't worked..
I want help from you guys to get back my vibration😭
I dont want to give to any mechanic...😔

it's probably because the vibration motor inside is broken 😕 Software updates can't fix that. Take it to a service center

I don't think that you'll lose the waterproofing if you get it done in a Samsung authorized service center.

try to start in safe mode to check vibration. to enter in safe mode press power button then long press power icon and select safe mode.
